@Poelstra13 ya i still have my double cheese burgers but i really am not saying to watch what you eat JUst as long as you are not consuming mcdonalds 24/7 than you will mantain size
@buddystevenson I dont really watch what I eat, i mean of course I dont have cookies but I still eat normal. I have my cheese burgers but I limit what I eat, works really good. Ive lost 15 lbs since july…I would have lost more if i had more will power
@YBE1111 what i would do is have no snack exept have a small snack but than burn it off what i would do is when you wake up eat a small bowl of cereal some milk than lunch have like some noodles with cut up vegetables in them and dinner if you were to eat chicken have 2 small peices with a side of fruit and vegetables. REMEMBER. if you eat any fatty foods burn them off or they will burn into you

@h5vhh that is untrue sadly… do some more research and youll find it out… look into carb loading and the effects carbohydrates have on insulin levels
@flugorna1 it just depends on your physique right now. usually if you want a six pack and you are a male, your body fat percentage has to be below 10%. for females it is usually 12%. give or take a little depending on your genetics.
@flugorna1 Just with training you’ll never get a 6 pack. You need to keep a diet and do cardio exercises as well as ab workout. If you do all these 3 months give or take to have a 6 pack.

Because when your eating at day time that food energy is used for other potentials such as other muscles. When you are sleeping your body uses the rest of the energy to keep all orgins etc maintained. There for thats why your hungry during Morning time. There for when you are doing this Exersice your body can only use your fat as energy to burn. Thumbs this up so every1 can see..

@vietandflipasain when you have a high metabolism its good for keeping central weight. its also a bad thing because when you dont exercise your losing lots of muscle. you have to exercise even if you are skinny. mistake me if im wrong but you are asian because of your username? if you are like me we burn fat so fucking fast, and eat very little. But when you are doing a hard workout you have to eat protein rich foods to help rebuilds mucles and repair them. other wise your working out fornothin

I’m no PT but you will look like him, or better just doing weights. doing pressups makes you better at doing pressups. It simply won’t make you huge, or ripped.
