This way, you can work out your ideas, theories, etc.  People can comment on the topics you&#8217;re writing about, and that way you know if you have information that is no longer found to be medically or scientifically correct.  You can also close up any gaps or questions that readers might have.</p>
<p>Then, I suggest taking each topic that you are discussing and research it more thoroughly to expand it into more than just an article, but rather a full chapter or book.  I don&#8217;t recommend this route for fiction writers, but I do for anyone writing non-fiction, historical, or health related topics because no one is perfect, and sometimes (especially in fitness and nutrition) facts change over time, and you don&#8217;t want to submit something that could make someone sick, or simply be a &#8220;yesterday&#8221; fitness routine proven to be ineffective.  There is a major risk of losing credibility unless you stay current on topics in this area.</p>
