If you are exercising 1 hour running a day, 1 hour pilates a day and dieting- fruit for breakfast, small salad for lunch and steak and veg (or something of the meat & veg sort) will it effect the baby in the first 5 weeks before knowing that youre pregnant? Could it cause an early miscarriage?

I don’t think it’d be that bad. Just now that you’ve caught it. Make sure you eat enough for the two of you. and limit your activity.

I wanting to lose 10-12 pounds that I have put on after entering college, but this has been a very hard task for me thus far. So…I’m looking for a good fitness bar to eat after I workout to help me with my weight loss process. Thanks for any advice.

The best fitness bars that I know of that you can buy after workouts are Myoplex bars. I used to do intense training workout sessions and whenever the session was over the trainer would give us either a Myoplex shake or Myoplex bar depending on the intensity of the workout.

Ok, this must be a common problem. I sweat profusely during a 45 min bicycle class and some of my shirts retain an odour after they have been washed and dried. They are dried outside to get a good breeze and sunlight.

What’s the best treatment of clothing to try and get rid of persistent body odour on clothing. Not all material is affected.

I heard that when you diet your metabolism goes down because your body is slightly starving. How do you make it go back up after dieting? And how do you not exercise as often or as hardcore and eat normal and not gain weight without being on a permanent diet?

The key is to not starve yourself!

It is possible to lose weight without fasting. All you have to do is replace fatty foods with healthy ones such as fruit and veggies.

Exercise helps too. Depending on your metabolism you should be working out at least every other day. Cardio is your friend.

i think the best thing is to lose it slowly ur body will need all the nutrients it can get esp if u are breast feeding start in second month or maybe third with all ht hard work u’ll be doing u’ll lose it fast…congrats:D

Lunch time is usually the best time for me to workout. My gym is across the street from work so I can usually finish my workout and get cleaned up within a little over an hour. Is there any kind of lightweight, airtight container that I can store my clothes in until I get home at the end of the workday (so that the “gym smell” doesn’t take over my car)?
