Question by girltaurus71: Has anyone tried using weight loss supplements with the Medifast diet?
I just started Medifast and was wondering if it would be safe to use a diet supplement such as Hydroxycut along with the diet. Has anyone tried this? What were your results? Are there any reasons this may be unsafe?

I have to go to this wedding in a couple of months, and want to lose some weight. Is there a diet out there that drops pounds FAST? I have heard of the Size Zero Pill, but don’t know how to get it. Any ideas for weight loss? Thank you.

Question by The Rattler: could anyone recommend muscle-building body workout for the first few weeks.?
36yrs old. 11st. My aim is to build muscle.
Is it best to train for a few weeks with an all-over body workout before I undertake split routines i.e. Day 1…Chest, biceps, abs. Day 2 Shoulders Triceps, back, etc.
If so, could anyone reccommend a good workout (that works) and for how long?

Answer by Tchelo do an all over workout for 2 weeks with very little weight so as not to strain your muscles, after that do 4 chest exercises each 3, 12 sets, and then 3 biceps exercises each 3, 12 sets. next day , 4 back exercises same sets and then 3 triceps same sets. Next day do some shoulder exercises , but not much, since it as been worked on already, and do legs that same day…

Question by sensipaul909702: Has anyone tried the P90X Home Fitness workout from Beachbody by Tony Horton?
I bought it 4 weeks ago and I havn’t tried it yet. The thing is I’m just a bit skeptical about this. Have you tried this program? What do you think?

Answer by Kismet I tried it and I found it to be great…if my goal was wasting money. The music is cheesy, the workouts are repetitive and it was just SO boring. Walking or running is way cheaper and the scenery is better if you’re outside. If not, you can always watch tv while you do it lol. Your skepticism is right, go with your gut instinct.
