Stay away from all fatty things! Protein will make you less cut too, but if I were you just run. Running is the best way to cut weight from your abdominal muscles.

Monday.. Chest, flys, biceps, shrugs.
Tuesday.. Shoulder, triceps, squats, deadlifts.
Wednesday.. Pull ups, chin ups, biceps curls, push ups, situps. Incline bench, incline flys.
Thursday.. Repeat Tuesday..
Friday.. Rest.
Saturday.. Decline bench, decline flys, biceps, pull ups, situps, shrugs.
Sunday.. Rest.

Also, you need to eat alot of protein such as eggs, chicken, beef, peanuts, etc.. to get muscular.

Ok so I play soccer so i do alot of running/cardio but I wan’t to build the muscle mass of my arms (biceps. triceps, etc…) What would be a good routine. Oh and I only have 10 pound dumbbells at the moment.

if you are young, do high repetitions and 15 sets for each muscle group, and concentrate on form. Also vary angles for both triceps (standing, lying and bent over extensions) and bicep (seated and standing curls) exercises. Lastly, vary placement of hands for different push up exercises. Low fat, high protein. Stay away from the “woo woo” supplement industry. It’s a waste of money. BTW, protein mix can be expensive. Look around for sales, and check out Carnation Instant Breakfast. It’s protein and just as good as any expensive so called body builders store mix. Your body can only use a certain amount of protein each day, even under the stress that weight lifting gives. Overly high Protein content products will just be dumped out of your system, sometimes rapidly. You know, diarrhea.
