I see alot of teenage girls come to the fitness club dressed in revealing clothes and a full face of makeup and they dont even excercise they just stand around and talk with their girlfriends, Then why the hell are they at the fitness club?

I am afraid in high school (I’m going into the 8th grade this year), which starts at 9th grade that someone will steal my regular clothes while I am taking a shower during gym class. What do most people do? Please answer this question with a good quality answer of what to do when people get their clothes stolen during gym class.

My son’s coach gave students 5 minutes to get dressed and get out; they weren’t even allowed to shower, and they weren’t allowed time to mess around, so I think clothes are safe. He never lost anything this last year, anyway.

they are always too elastic, and the fit dont look good after a while.
I hate all those plush fabric that they use.
Personally my favrite brand is Lululemon, however the price is quite high
And is it possible to have some nice fitting pocket on them?

Question by stud: Should I bring my gym clothes on the first day of school or just wait until the second day?
I have gym all year. Anyway the first day is probably just going to be a lecture day, then have open gym the rest of the hour. Should I bring my stuff the first day, or just wait until the second day?

Question by Ian Burnsington: What do I do with my sweat soaked gym clothes?
After I do a bunch of cardio my clothes are completely drenched in sweat. I take them off and shower, but I’m not sure what to do with them. They just stay wet and start to smell if I put them in a hamper, and its not cost effective for me to do a load of laundry every day.

Since they are soaked, rinse them out in the shower or sink. That should get rid of the sweat and nastiness. Squeeze out the excess water and hang them out to dry overnight, like on a towel bar or something. They should dry without smelling too bad. You can throw them in the hamper then.
OR…
Just put the clothes in a plastic bag and tie it closed. Throw it in the hamper and open it up when you are dumping all your clothes into the washer.

Hi. Losing major weight here and I have some concerns about loose skin. I wear a sports bra to keep my breasts from becoming baggy, but I can’t for the life of me find a pair of tight fitting shorts or tights that will do the same thing for my stomach. Where does a big girl find a unitard or spandex tights?
