Question by Timmy T: How long will it take dieting to see results?
I am a freshman in high school and I have a 4 pack. I do ab workouts everyday and lift weights. If I move the fat away from the bottom of my stomach I can clearly see a 6 pack. Got any free dieting tips? How long will it take to pay off? I want to eat good foods obviously because Im a high school boy. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
Best answer:
Answer by Yoton It will take a very LONG time compared to an alternative. I know this doesn’t answer your question but i really suggest starving yourself is a bad idea…..Try working out i think it takes as long as dieting but its healthier and makes you stronger at the same time ;D.

Question by Starting out: How do you make your metabolism go back to normal after dieting?
I heard that when you diet your metabolism goes down because your body is slightly starving. How do you make it go back up after dieting? And how do you not exercise as often or as hardcore and eat normal and not gain weight without being on a permanent diet?
Best answer:
Answer by Archie B The key is to not starve yourself!
It is possible to lose weight without fasting. All you have to do is replace fatty foods with healthy ones such as fruit and veggies.
Exercise helps too. Depending on your metabolism you should be working out at least every other day. Cardio is your friend.
I’ve stuck to the above regiment and have lost 15 pounds with the help and a pomegranate supplement ( more info at: http://pomegranate-diet.com/pure-pomegranate-review.html )
