Question by girlythingz@rocketmail.com: I want to write fitness and nutrition books. Should I start a blog page first or write a book.?
any ideas would help.thanks
Best answer:
Answer by Unpretty I suggest that you write a blog first. This way, you can work out your ideas, theories, etc. People can comment on the topics you’re writing about, and that way you know if you have information that is no longer found to be medically or scientifically correct. You can also close up any gaps or questions that readers might have.
Then, I suggest taking each topic that you are discussing and research it more thoroughly to expand it into more than just an article, but rather a full chapter or book. I don’t recommend this route for fiction writers, but I do for anyone writing non-fiction, historical, or health related topics because no one is perfect, and sometimes (especially in fitness and nutrition) facts change over time, and you don’t want to submit something that could make someone sick, or simply be a “yesterday” fitness routine proven to be ineffective. There is a major risk of losing credibility unless you stay current on topics in this area.

Question by forrestbao: Why girls like wearing tight clothing, like leggings, for recreation or fitness?
When I go to the recreation center of my university to do some workout, I always see girls wearing tight clothing, like leggings or compression shorts.
Frankly speaking, it’s really sexy. But this makes me uncomfortable that I was always attracted to see their legs.
Why they like doing that? Are they intending to show their body shape?
If I were a girl, I would consider it is a “too brave” behavior.
Some explained that it is comfortable and easy to move in such clothing. But why much more girls wear in this way than boys? If a boy wear like that, people feel strange, right?

Answer by theaslie its not more comfortable they do it to look good.

Question by Dreia: What clothing styles can accent my physical fitness but still be appropriate?
I’m interviewing for jobs that require physical agility/strength, jobs that often tend to employ large men. I’m a short woman who looks skinny in most kinds of clothes. Most people don’t assume I’m very strong. In actuality, I’m physically fit, and a little buff, but this doesn’t show unless I’m in workout clothes or a swimsuit. Are sleeveless shirts appropriate to ANY interview, or is there a sleeve style that will highlight my toned arms? What kind of clothes will highlight my muscle tone and physical condition while still being appropriate for a job interview? [Oh and I don't want to look SLUTTY, either.]
It seems like most clothing out there other than workout clothes, is meant for women with one kind of build… those “cap sleeves” for example are a joke because they’re too tight on my arms, and a lot of pants out there end up too tight on my thighs yet too baggy around the waist!
Best answer:
Answer by **JUIICY GIIRL** I would say wear a short sleeved blouse. with some sort of capri pants that are fitting.

Question by multisport12: What is a good fitness bar to eat after a workout?
My workout routine usually consists of running 1.5 miles and doing different types of weight training. I wanting to lose 10-12 pounds that I have put on after entering college, but this has been a very hard task for me thus far. So…I’m looking for a good fitness bar to eat after I workout to help me with my weight loss process. Thanks for any advice.
Best answer:
Answer by Cameron The best fitness bars that I know of that you can buy after workouts are Myoplex bars. I used to do intense training workout sessions and whenever the session was over the trainer would give us either a Myoplex shake or Myoplex bar depending on the intensity of the workout.
