Answer by ownpool Few people have good results with any degree from that place. It is a for-profit proprietary school and many employers and other colleges do not respect its degrees. You can get a better education for much less money at your local community college and/or state college.

Ok I want to loose some body fat. I don’t have much time. I already swim for an hour each week and most weeks I run about 2kms. Preferably I would like to loose fat off my stomach. Can anyone suggest some good exercises that I could do quickly.

Answer by Lizzie try sit ups, press ups, and google the plank, that is really good for toning the waist aswell
PLEASE dont do any weights, as your only a teenager, your muscles havent set in yet!!

I am looking for a good workout routine that combines cardio/strength training and a healthy diet that I can stick to for a healthy lifestyle but I don’t know where to start. can anyone help me create a fitness plan, nutrition plan or any good websites for free that can help me do this for me. I would like this fitness plan to be something I can do at home without going to the gym or buying expensive equipment. Any good information anyone has will be greatly appreciated thanks.

for someone who isn’t trying to overdo it on the dieting but would like to start eating healthier and feel better. There is the obvious things to cut out of your diet, but as for other things, what have you found that staying away from really seems to help?

and it has developed lean muscle in my legs and the fat around my belly and arms has gone away.

I really need to get into shape. If anyone can help me with anything… diet advice, workout tips, how to work my lower abs, my upper legs, ANYTHING really. I have 24 days until we go to the lake and I need to be in a lot better shape. I need to tone my muscles, lose weight, and better my body body… seriously… ANY help would be great! Answer by icrazy4377 im on the swim team at my school and we have to work with weights regularly. swimming and lifting weights is what i suggest. but you can also ask some of the people at the gym. I’m sure they could help you.

Answer by BillionEnt push for at least three 40 minute gym sessions every week and just to make sure you can stick to it, eat controlled portions of food. What i mean is you don’t have to stop eating what you like but you do have to stop eating sickening amounts of it
