Question by sickest_1: What is the best workout routine to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?
I like to do about 30min of cardio before a 45min workout routine. Usually 2 muscle groups per day and 2-3 excersizes per part.

first off, do the cardo after the workout, thats the most effective way.
just make sure your not working the same muscles everyday with no recovery time.
