I want to go back to school for my masters and I think I want to do find a career working in a fitness, diet, exercise, health related field. I just need some ideas on degrees I could research and even jobs I could eventually attain. Thanks!

Become a certified fitness instructor, get a nutrition certificate, or open a yoga/pilates studio. As your own boss, you can solicit business from your local community, you can write, publish, and distribute original “how to” pamphlets, manuals, books, cookbooks, and get your clientele in shape by teaching them work out techniques and how to eat right.

PS- there’s a really young woman that owns a Bikram yoga studio in my town (i’ve been a few times)…the studio is always packed. She’s own her own, savvy business woman, successful…so it’s totally doable.

I’d like to lose 5-7 lbs as well as tone my legs, butt and abs, specifically. I am 5’10″ with a curvy frame, weigh 138, toned. Please help me overcome whatever plateu I seem to be stuck on. Specific responses would be appreciated.

on how to lose weight, try these…. Get rid of CARBONATED DRINKS, COFFEE/TEA, SWEETS, FATTY AND SPICY FOOD. Drink 12-15 glasses of water for 3 months. Coz I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. Now I am on my 4th year and 5 months of maintaining my weight from 56 kilos to 58 kilos nowadays. If I can, YOU CAN :)

I only know of colleges in Michigan – but Grand Valley State University and Michigan both have good fitness and nutrition programs.
You should try going on collegeboard.com to look up more schools.
