I am dieting but still like to go out drinking every week. What are the best drinks to order that are a little lower in calories so I don’t completely sabbotage my diet?

Hey there, I just wondered if anyone could give me any health tips.

I’m 16
5Foot2″
90Lbs

I’m quite flat chested but my butt is huge.. I also have stretch marks on my thighs/butt which suck. Anyone got any advice for someone of my.. figure? And just wondering, is there still a chance of my chest developing a bit more..? I started my periods at age 14.

Well, first of all, about your cup size, yes. I gained a whole cup size my senior year of high school…so don’t fret about that. Your fine.
But if your 5’2″ and only 90 pounds,…that’s the reason why. Anyone who is very skinny will not have nice, good sized breasts. You need to gain some weight if you want a larger cup size. To have a naturally good-sized busts a woman has to have curves, and let herself be a normal healthy weight. 90 pounds in underweight for your height and age hun. When you see older women walking around with large breasts and very tiny/anorexic-looking frames…those breasts are fake. Trust me. Almost all of the time. And no guy worth investing your heart in actually likes fake breasts. Do yourself a favor and gain a bit of weight!

There are a few exercises that actually can help build muscle in your chest area..which in turn creates the illusion of a fuller busts. Just go on Youtube for ideas.

As for the stretch marks…try rubbing some liquid Vitamin E on it everyday for a while, and see if you notice a difference. That’s what some of my friends did after they were prego….trust me, when you get prego someday…you get a lot of stretch marks..
In fact, the majority of woman have very noticable stretch marks on their body…its totally normal.

I am trying to get into good shape and train myself to be ready to for the police Academy. I will have to run, jump over hurdles, and drag dummy bodies that weigh over 100lbs. What can I do to help build up my endurance, strength, and lose weight. I eat right, I just want a good workout routine.

I had a baby in October of 2005 and since then have gained more weight. My days are really busy so I have this horrible habbit with pop and fast food…yes, I know it’s horrible. I asloo have this horrible craving for salt…??? How much calories, carbs, fats and protein do you need a day as well as water? Can someone tell me how much a day do I need to work out so that I don’t over do it but I shed the pounds fast!

Sounds like your already getting the workout.

What’s killing you is the food.

And here’s the ‘oh so profound’ advice that worked for me.
“You want to be thin, stop eating like fat people”.

You get permanently thin by changing your eating habits. Going on a diet is useless, as are those silly pills.

70% water foods. Fruits, vegies. That’s it.
The salt craving means nothing. Salt your food to taste.

You can have a burger or pizza once a week. Not once a day. Tea is a great drink, cola is not. Can you drink cola? Sure, once a week -
Can you have junk food. Once a week.

The rest of the time eat natural unprocessed food. Have a salad for lunch. Dress it with lemon juice instead of ‘ranch’.

You don’t need to count calories. Good food regulates it’s self. No one gets fat from eating too many carrots. It’s the preprocessed calorie bombs like jelly donuts that screw up our bodies natural regulation.

This doesn’t shed pounds fast, just permantly
