I am 14 years old and planning to be in basketball and baseball. What workout routine would you recommend. I am quite small only 110 lbs and 5’5″. I also need weight tips to gain weight.

Use free weights. You can start light and work up to the heavy weights.
If you want to gain weight, eat a lot. A few big meals a day. Pasta and beans have a lot of proteins. To build musscle, you may want to lift weights instead of run.

I just joined this new fighting club in my home town. Now, I am not a bad fighter, but I am having difficulties taking punches, and get tired after just a few minutes. So I was told that I have to workout. So, my question is, how do I work out? Do I build strength, or do a body building (muscle building) workout?

You want to do a body building workout, the strength will come. Fighting is all about endurance, not really strength. If you can fight without getting tired, that is the best way to go. The less tired you are, the stronger your punches will be when it counts several rounds in. Try to have a full balanced workout, not just concentrate on a few difficult areas, but a total body building workout is best. I hope that answers your question.
