I really want to lose about 30 pounds from my weight and i need help but i don’t want to go unhealthy. i weigh 152 and i should weigh 120 i believe… wats a perfect, healthy diet i should follow and if it means i need to exercise (which i know i do) tell me how long each day and how many days a week.

Avoid salty snacks (chips, chex mix, etc). If you’re going to eat meat, make sure it’s lean meat, and in a portion no larger than your palm. Drink plenty of water.
And don’t think of this as a diet. Think of this as a change that you’re going to stick to. If you’re looking for a temporary fix, you will get temporary results.
