Answer by Luke To loose weight, you don’t necessarily need to diet, but to watch what you eat. the healthiest way to loose weight would be to burn more calories then you take in. this does not mean starve yourself, but work out regularly. try running. Good luck

Answer by foxymoron about 10 bucks a day…. you can also do this diet on your own with out ordering their food…. its called the glycemic diet… or sugar busters… if you need the food sent to you to stay on track its a good way to go
