Question by lolita tsai: Would taking diet/weight loss pills while maintaining a healthy diet/exercise routine increase my results?
I am obese.
I am on a good diet (lots of water and veggies) and have started working out 3-4 times a week. I am thinking of taking a diet pill additionally to these two things to increase my weight loss. Would it work?
Best answer:
Answer by Debbie E – Awestruck Sure it will, but the minute you quit taking them your metabolism slows down and you have ruined your whole routine. Don’t take them it will ruin your metabolism and it takes forever to get it back on track. You will gain more weight quickly when you quit taking them, and they are bad for you, they age you. I know from experience.

Question by socc3rguy2008: How would I work on my workout routine?
Me and a friend of mine are starting a real workout routine with each other. I’m not intending on becoming a meat head or just disgustingly built but to get cut and a little muscular. I’m ranging from doing weights, drills for sports, just anything to get exercise. Any tips or websites would be VERY helpful to look at to make that routine for every week. Thanks for the help!

Question by Tomas: I would love to learn everything bout men’s fashion, style, clothing and fitness. HOW?
The truth is I have always been (and expected to be) the macho guy who dresses like an old fancy man, the old way. I study Business and Economics and you guys may realize how this way of life (numbers, money etc) doesn’t match a fashion life. But I seriously have come to realize that I do like it, and a lot. It does not mean I’m gay, and I’m not, but I feel very interested in this kind of thing. I have always liked earrings on men (and jewelry in general), but I’m a little ashamed of wearing them because of the things people may say. So I finally realized that I don’t have to give a **** about others and I’m gonna dress with style and not like an old conservative man (i’m only 21) as I have all my life. So how could I learn all the basics of men’s style, fashion, clothing online? please don’t tell me vogue, which I think it’s good for a guy who already know quite much about the subject, thanks

Question by charcoalchimneysweep: Is there a simple vegetarian weight loss diet that would be easy to follow in a college environment?
I’ll be going to college soon and I am overweight. While most people gain weight when they go to college, I’m nearly ashamed of eating in public so I’m hoping it will be a great opportunity to lose weight. I will probably make breakfast in the morning but my other 2 meals will be from dining halls. I was wondering if anyone knew a good vegetarian diet that would help me lose weight quickly without requiring I go to the grocery store often and buy ridiculous and expensive natural products.
Best answer:
Answer by tahunajcw Yes. Its made with whole grains and comes in bottle. Drink it cold, though.
